01 / The application form

What we collect and why

The staff application form collects your Discord username and your answers to the application questions. That is the lot. Submissions are delivered to a private, staff-only Discord channel where the team reads and discusses them. Alongside your answers we record the country your submission came from and the time it arrived; your IP address is never sent to the staff channel.

Applications stay in that channel as part of the team's records. If you want yours removed after a decision has been made, ask in the Discord and it will be deleted.

02 / This website

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. At most it counts visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. The application form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are human; that check is handled by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and includes your IP address as part of the check.

03 / The store

Store purchases

Store purchases are handled by Tebex, who act as the merchant of record. Payment details never touch this site or our community; Tebex's own privacy policy and terms apply to every purchase.
